Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement

Nick Laight and Canonbury Publishing Ltd agree to furnish me with certain confidential information relating to ideas, inventions, marketing methods, products or financial information for the purposes of determining an interest in developing, marketing, selling and/or providing services to the public. I agree to review, examine, inspect or obtain such confidential information only for the purposes described above, and to otherwise hold such information confidential pursuant to the terms of this agreement.  Nick Laight and Canonbury Publishing Ltd shall furnish me with certain confidential information and may further allow me the right to discuss or interview representatives of Nick Laight and Canonbury Publishing Ltd on the following conditions.
  1. I agree to hold confidential or proprietary information or trade secrets (“confidential information”) in trust and confidence and agree that it shall be used only for the contemplated purposes and shall not be used for any other purpose or disclosed to any third party
  2. No copies will be made or retained of any information supplied without the permission of Nick Laight and Canonbury Publishing Ltd
  3. Should you decide not to proceed with the full training just let us know within 30 days and  naturally all confidential information, including, written notes, photographs, videos, sketches, memorandum or notes shall be returned to Canonbury Publishing Ltd upon request.
  4. Confidential information shall not be disclosed to any employee, consultant or third party unless they agree to execute and be bound by the terms of this Agreement and have been approved  Nick Laight and Canonbury Publishing Ltd
  5. This Agreement and its validity, construction and effect shall be governed by English Law
